Biography: I have significant experience in family work including divorce, cohabitee disputes, finances, children, pre nuptial agreements and inheritance act proceedings. I am a trained accredited collaborative lawyer. I am also a member of Resolution and the regional committee of Collaborative family lawyers.

I recognise and understand that separation and divorce can be traumatic events in a person’s life, with ramifications for the whole family. I am committed to working with clients to facilitate the best outcomes for them and their family members, enabling them to make decisions for the future and move forward.

Why Collaborative:

The collaborative law process is unique because it enables the parties to take control of their own relationship breakdown and make decisions that they consider to be right for each of them having regard, where applicable, to the needs of their children. It removes the stress and uncertainty of protracted and lengthy Court proceedings and, in my experience, provides the clients with a real sense of satisfaction at the conclusion of the matter.
