Biography: Carolyn’s professional background is as an experienced family lawyer and collaborative practitioner.

Carolyn’s extensive training and practice as a mediator has led to full accreditation with the Law Society as well as accreditation for civil and commercial mediation with ADRg. She holds FMCA status, as an accredited family mediator with the Family Mediation Council and is qualified to meet with children and young people as a Child Inclusive Mediator (CIM).

Carolyn is a Resolution trained PPC (Professional Practice Consultant), assisting and supporting mediators in the development of their own practice, helping them identify and develop their own mediation signature.

Carolyn’s practise model is based on collaborative interdisciplinary working, alongside other professionals, to holistically assist separating and divorcing couples reach mutually acceptable outcomes for their futures. This model can create the ‘clearing in the forest’ needed to reach durable and satisfactory outcomes, humanely and with precision.
