Biography: Beth Woodward is a Partner at Neves Solicitors Ltd and heads up the divorce and family law department there.

Beth has over 25 years' experience in family law including divorce, separation, cohabitation, pre and post nuptial agreements and children matters. She is a compassionate listener, an experienced negotiator and is able to combine her legal expertise and practical support to help her clients navigate the best possible pathway towards a secure future. She has extensive experience in guiding couples through their separation using the Collaborative Law process for which she has a high success rate. She believes it offers couples control and dignity in the process of separating. She also uses Collaborative Law very successfully when dealing with nuptial agreements. Beth is a member of Resolution and represents collaborative lawyers at national level.
