Mo Sharpe

Mediator

Biography: Mo is an experienced Family Mediator and has been running her private mediation service since 2018. She has a Legal aid contract allowing her to offer Legal aid funding to clients on a lower Income, which is particularly relevant to the town (Stevenage) where her main office is based.
Mo is passionate about being able to facilitate everyone being able to access mediation to help to achieve an NCDR route to separation and divorce (particularly when children are involved).

She is an accredited counsellor and clinical supervisor and has been running a private practice since 2006. Her specialism is children and Family therapy and this work led her to train as a family Mediator in 2016. She always had her sights on training as a Child Inclusive Mediator and this training took place in 2020. The following year she trained as a PPC.

While that Mo feels very passionate about her role as a Mediator, she also believes that other professions are integral to securing good routes for her clients. Different professions enable different aspect of agreements and Mo feels strongly that is is important to work in a collaborative way with these professions.
